課程目標
This course is aimed to integrate economic principals and planning tools to develop management skills which can be applied in agricultural sector. Major topics including: fundamental of management, strategic management, marketing strategy(E-commerce) and financial management (capital budgeting). Students are requested to prepare and present a business plan which provides a great opportunity to practice materials learned from classroom.
